Terms of return
If for some reason the purchased NFC CARDS cards didn't suit you, you can make a return within 14 days after purchasing such a product. The return is made taking into account the preservation of the presentation and consumer properties.
The return option depends on how you received your NFC CARDS items. In case of self-pickup, the return is made to the address: Moscow, Zelenograd, st. Zavodskaya, 1B, office of Smart Systems LLC. For a return or exchange, you need a document confirming the payment and your passport.
If you received the goods by courier delivery or picked them up at the point of issue of orders, but for some reason changed your mind about purchasing it, you must send it by any courier service (except "Russian Post") to the address: 124 365, Moscow, Zelenograd, st. Zavodskaya, 1B, office of Smart Systems LLC. Do not forget to attach a completed application (download the form) indicating your bank details for a refund.
You will be refunded the order value minus the shipping and handling fees. The commission depends on the payment method used and ranges from 3.4% to 12% of the total order value.
